• PFD Requirement:  Minimum age: Under 6 While underway, All length vessels
• Approved life jackets: USCG-approved Type I or II
• Alcohol Law Michigan has laws prohibiting Boating While Intoxicated (BWI)—0.1% BAL for those at least 21
• Operator Licensing – There are no legal age requirements to operate
