• Approved life jackets: USCG-approved
• Alcohol Law Wisconsin has laws prohibiting Boating While Intoxicated (BWI)—0.08% BAL for those at least 21,  minors require: Absolute Sobriety
• Operator Licensing – There are no legal age requirements to operate
• Registration: Required
