SUP Yoga Teacher Training Certification (YTT)

Outside of the yoga being wonderful, Carly Hayden herself is a really good instructor. I think she did awesome in engaging all levels and being super approachable. I felt very comfortable asking for advice and she was super open to adjusting class requests. Carly his highly recommended.
