Utah SUP Laws

• PFD Requirement:  Minimum age: Under 13, While underway, Vessels less than 26′
• Approved life jackets: USCG-approved
• Alcohol Law- Utah has laws prohibiting Boating While Intoxicated (BWI)—0.08% BAL for those at least 21 years old is considered under the influence; Minors cannot have any alcohol in their system, "not a drop".
