Based in Yucatán, Mexico, he oversees instructor development, international training standards, and adaptive program innovation. Through UnderToe Mexico, Curt provides high‑quality instruction, community engagement, and ocean‑safety education along the Gulf Coast. His work centers on elevating professionalism in the industry while empowering paddlers of all backgrounds to access safe, inclusive, and transformative SUP experiences.
