Standing Up Pretty is a personalized paddleboard experience where you get to choose a board that's as unique as you! Specializing in free roam rentals, guided tours, and SUP Pilates.

Personally, I am a group fitness instructor that is certified in Classical Mat Pilates, Barre, Stretch, and Aqua Fitness. My style is high-energy, high-intensity, low-impact, always a theme, and always a great time: no matter the fitness level!

When I am not instructing on or off water, I am spending time with my family (two cats, two dogs, two kids, 1 husband), reading a good book, watching reality tv, or planning my next Disney adventure!
